Ordering

You can order products

• on the website,
• in store, or
• by post.

If you have placed your order on line, we will quickly send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. The e-mail confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details.

Returns & Replacements

If you are not satisfied with your goods, simply return them to us within 28 days of purchase, unused and with their original packaging, and we will either exchange them or refund you. Please note that any altered products and items damaged through wear cannot be returned. We recommend that you insure the returned items, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us. Please retain proof of postage.

Sale of Animal Medicines

This site sells drugs for use with animals the sale of which is regulated by UK legislation. In order to purchase these items you must be an individual who is in control of livestock. All sales of these products will receive a telephone call to confirm your details and eligibility to purchase. Please make sure that the contact telephone numbers are correct, as any delays in contact will delay the despatch process. If you make a false statements, this may lead to criminal prosecution and either a fine or imprisonment if convicted. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any medicinal product.

Prices

All our prices are correct at time of publishing. We try and ensure that the prices on our website are accurate however; we will need to validate the price before we process your order. If we are unable to supply a particular item that you have ordered, or if the price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. We may offer a replacement or upgraded item as a replacement, but if that is not to your satisfaction, you may cancel your order and we will refund any money that you have paid.

Payment

You can pay by any Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch or solo cards. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted through the Sagepay payment gateway.

CPCountryStores will not store any credit/debit card details.

The prices displayed are in British pounds.
